These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Noolist (https://noolist.com) and its services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Noolist and Third-Party Models

Noolist is an independent platform that provides access to AI video and image models developed and operated by third parties (for example Seedance, Seedream, Wan, Veo, Kling and others) through licensed API services. Noolist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance, Alibaba, Google, Kuaishou, OpenAI or any other model provider. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the models available on Noolist. The list of available models and their capabilities may change over time.

Subscriptions, Credits and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Credits are usage units for generating content. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as described in our Refund Policy.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
