At Noolist, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy explains our refund terms and conditions.

Credit Purchases

What Are Credits?

Credits are usage units used to access Noolist services:

  • Credits are not a form of currency
  • Credits have no cash value
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
  • Credits cannot be sold or gifted to others

Refund Eligibility for Credits

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You qualify if:

  • You purchased within the last 7 days
  • You have not used any credits from the purchase
  • You provide valid proof of purchase
  • No previous refunds have been issued for your account in the past 6 months

You do NOT qualify if:

  • You have used any credits from the purchase
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • You received credits from a promotional offer or gift
  • Your account was banned for policy violations
  • You have requested multiple refunds previously

Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds: No partial refunds for unused time in the current period
  • Credits: Unused credits expire when subscription ends

Annual Subscriptions

  • 7-Day Window: Full refund available if you cancel within 7 days of initial purchase and have used less than 10% of your annual credit allocation
  • After 7 Days: Pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the annual period

Free Trials

  • No charges during trial period
  • Cancel before trial ends to avoid charges
  • No refunds for trials that converted to paid subscriptions after trial period

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Email our support team at: support@noolist.com

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Order/Transaction ID
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of purchase (if not in our system)

Step 2: Review Process

  • Response Time: Within 24-48 hours
  • Review: We'll verify your eligibility
  • Decision: Approval or denial with explanation

Step 3: Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Method: Refund to original payment method
  • Currency: Original purchase currency
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 days depending on your bank

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experienced technical issues that prevented service use:

  • Report issues immediately via support@noolist.com
  • We may offer credits, extended subscription, or refund
  • Must be reported within 7 days of occurrence
  • Subject to verification of the issue

Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly:

  • We'll investigate immediately
  • Full refund for confirmed billing errors
  • Credits may be issued as compensation
  • Report within 30 days of the charge

Account Issues

If your account was wrongfully suspended:

  • We'll review your case
  • Refunds or credit extensions may be provided
  • Subject to investigation results

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Used credits (any amount)
  • Promotional or bonus credits
  • Credits older than 6 months
  • Services obtained through fraudulent means
  • Purchases made during special sales (unless stated otherwise)
  • Custom or enterprise plans (subject to contract terms)

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before Filing a Chargeback

Please contact us first. Chargebacks harm our business and your account:

  • Account Suspension: Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension
  • Resolution: Most issues can be resolved through our support team
  • Evidence: We provide transaction evidence to payment processors

If You File a Chargeback

  • Your account will be suspended pending resolution
  • If chargeback is upheld, account will be permanently closed
  • If chargeback is reversed, you may request account reactivation

Abuse Prevention

To maintain fairness:

  • Limit: Maximum 2 refunds per account per year
  • Abuse: Suspected refund abuse may result in account termination
  • Investigation: We reserve the right to investigate refund patterns
  • Future Purchases: Accounts with excessive refunds may have purchase restrictions

Payment Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Other Methods: As supported by the payment processor

Note: We cannot refund to a different payment method than used for purchase.

Regional Variations

European Union (EU)

Under EU law, you have the right to:

  • Cancel within 14 days of purchase (if service not yet used)
  • Full refund if cancellation is within the cooling-off period
  • This is in addition to our standard policy

United Kingdom (UK)

Similar protections as EU under UK Consumer Rights Act.

Other Regions

Our standard policy applies unless local law provides stronger protections.
