Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the service, we share limited data with trusted processors:

  • AI model providers and API platforms: the prompts, images, videos and audio you submit for generation are sent to the third-party model provider you select so the content can be generated.
  • Stripe: processes payments. We do not store your full card details.
  • Google: sign-in with Google and website analytics.
  • Cloud hosting, storage and email providers: to host the site, store your generated files and send account emails.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention and Your Choices

  • Your account information and generated files are kept while your account is active so you can access them in My Creations.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Security, or email [email protected] to request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Payment records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
